We loved being in this property. The location for London was excellent and absolutely perfect, near to the Victoria Coach Station as well as hop-on-off bus stop.

It has incredible location, not far from Victoria bus station, the theatre, the Victoria tube and pleasent area. My must haves' are a tidy, adequate room with the AC, comfortable chairs as well as the usual bed etc, for instance.

The decor was good and the bed was comfortable
The shower room has to be the smallest I have ever had in a London hotel - at whatever price. There was no room for the toiletries at all - they were on a tray perched on top of part of the hand basin and had to moved before the basin could be used. The hotel advertised room service and 24 hour dining. It was undergoing refurbishment and other than breakfast no food was available - even though on the reception desk was a prominent notice regarding 24 hour dining.

The location of the Hotel was excellent, very close to the tube.
I booked and paid for a Deluxe King room. When we got there they didn't have any of the rooms available. They put us in a smaller room with no refund. Thier website doesn't mention King rooms, but that's what I booked through your website, just doubles. The room was also very, very hot I had to call the front desk twice before they slighlty lowered the temperature as our thermstat didn't work.

The hotel was to a very high standard for the amount paid. Our room was very tastefully decorated and we enjoyed our stay there.

Our room felt cramped, with beds nearly side by side and barely enough space to store two suitcases. The bathroom lacked storage options for toiletries, forcing us to keep items in the bath, and the shower felt tiny with a leaky door that soaked the floor. The decor appeared tired despite claims of recent upgrades, and the bed linen felt cheap and scratchy. Noise from the room above made it difficult to sleep. While the location is decent, the lack of comfort and value leaves much to be desired.

The actual hotel looked nice, the lobby was very pleasant and the location was as described.
My room was not in the main hotel, and was not as described at all (no WiFi, air conditioning or mini bar). It was also tiny, and incredibly expensive for what I got. When I asked at reception was the room that I stayed in ordinarily priced the same as the rooms in the main hotel (which is where I actually booked my room), I was informed that they were, but I was offered a free breakfast (which I did not have time to avail of).

Nice furniture and decoration. Very good-looking room.
The first room I was given heavily smelled of moisture so I got it changed. The second I was one was right below the hotel reception... The noise was very uncomfortable. After all, one comes in order to a hotel to sleep.

The Tophams offered a pleasant stay with a prime location just five minutes from Victoria Station. The recently renovated room was well-designed, with effective amenities and an excellent bathroom with both a bathtub and rainshower.
Some noise from adjacent rooms could be disturbing.

Easy access to Victoria Station and all public transport.
We felt breakfast should be included

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
1) Room was not ready when I arrived at 3.45pm, 2) The TV in room could not be used as there was no remote control nor manual switch, 3) not the service I would expect for the price I paid
